Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Validation made after 24 hours won't be considered legit as we consider that 24 hours is the enough time to decide about the product quality and to notify the seller. You can drop an email to email@example.com stating your order number in subject with format Subject_Order ID.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For exchanges, delivery cost to be borne by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or credit note to be issued for cash payments. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No Refund requests to be entertained for services once booked and paid. It is similar to hotels and hospitality industry where you pay for dates not for days as per your convenience. Refunds to process in two ways:
1. You received the product and don't like to keep it. Drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in next 24 hours and we will do the needful with Subject_OrderID. We will issue the credit note against purchase so that you can use same for future purchases. A discount code to be sent against so that you can place order online.
2. You have ordered the product and made the payment but still the order has not been delivered in promised deadline. You can opt for
1) Credit Note
2) Discount code against the order
3) Refund into original payment account - This can take 24-48 hours to process once the request has been made. Credit note to be issued for cash payments.
